Our new Thermometer is on the move! And not just 'UP' with all of your amazingly generous donations!
On Monday (3/8) several museum and committee members moved our thermometer from the Depot parking lot to in front of the train cars next to the old Charles City Western Depot. This location is important as this will be the new location for the depot when it is moved to the Museum's grounds! We are also working to get to get a spotlight put up so the Thermometer will be highlighted all night long. We will have an update tomorrow on our fundraising efforts and will be updating the Thermometer in the next few days as well.
The sign under the Depot's portico was also moved out into the depot's parking lot. It will now be more viewable and noticeable for those driving on North Grand and Main.
